Are peptides legal in Vietnam?
Vietnam has no published rule that names research peptides as a class, so the position turns on how a specific compound is classified and what it is supplied for, and parts of it are genuinely unclear.
Vietnam regulates medicines under the Law on Pharmacy, which defines a drug by what it is for rather than by the molecule: a preparation intended for preventing, diagnosing, curing, treating or mitigating human disease, or for modifying a physiological function of the human body. Material supplied and bought for laboratory research is not being supplied for any of those purposes, and material used on a person is. That distinction is doing the work, and Vietnamese law does not spell out where every research compound lands.
