- Paused on public holidays. No deliveries run on them, Tet included. The public sector Tet break in 2027 is Thursday 4 to Wednesday 10 February, so plan an order around it.

Nồm, the damp season
Hanoi's damp months and a sealed vial
Keep the vials sealed and boxed until you need them, above all from mid February to early April. That is nồm, when Hanoi air sits around 90 percent humidity and water collects on floors, walls and mirrors.
It matters because a freeze-dried peptide pulls moisture out of the air. A sealed vial in a closed box is protected, so keep the box shut, off the floor and away from an outside wall. If a vial has been somewhere cool, let it reach room temperature before the seal is opened, so damp air does not condense on it. Hanoi also has a real winter and a hot, humid summer.

March and April are the dampest months on average, at 88 and 87 percent. December and January nights fall to about 14 C, and June days average close to 35 C. None of that needs a fridge for a sealed vial in transit; it only needs the box kept dry.

Writing a Hanoi address since July 2025
Hanoi kept its borders in 2025, so the City box stays Hanoi. The districts were dropped, though, and the city now has 51 wards and 75 communes, so type your new ward in District / Ward.
Check the ward before you order if you live in the old quarter. Hàng Bạc, Hàng Đào and Hàng Gai are all inside the new Hoàn Kiếm ward, but Cửa Đông and Đồng Xuân were split between Hoàn Kiếm and Ba Đình, so the old name alone does not tell you which one is yours.
