How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?

Three destinations, three answers. Nothing else changes with the size of the order inside Vietnam, because there is no threshold to reach there.

Delivery is included in the price of every vial. Worldwide checkout serves the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. Anywhere else, message the team on WhatsApp before ordering.

How fast is same-day delivery in Ho Chi Minh City?

Order by 7pm and a local courier delivers the same day, free, anywhere in Ho Chi Minh City, typically within 1 to 2 hours.

Orders placed after 7pm go out first thing the next morning. There is no fee for it and no minimum order to qualify, in the city or anywhere else in Vietnam.

Everywhere else in the country arrives in 1 to 3 days with tracking, on the same free terms. Hanoi, Da Nang and every province are on that window.

How does tracking work after you pay?

1. Order confirmation. It arrives as soon as payment is confirmed, with your order number on it.
2. Tracking number on WhatsApp. It follows once the order ships, and delivery updates come through the same channel.
3. Batch certificate on request. The certificate of analysis for the vials that shipped is available by order number. The released certificates are published in full on the certificates page.

On a worldwide order, local carrier tracking activates after customs clearance, so no movement in the first days is normal rather than a problem. A Vietnam order is on a local courier and tracks from the start.

What happens if a parcel is held or does not arrive?

Message the team on WhatsApp with your order number. A real person answers, and they chase the parcel rather than pointing you at a tracking page. If an order does not arrive, it is refunded in full: delivery is guaranteed, and that is the same position the guarantee carries everywhere else on this site.

The 60-day money back guarantee is a separate thing and covers product quality rather than delivery. How do you pay, and when is the order placed?

Card, cryptocurrency and Wise are available wherever we ship. A Vietnam bank QR transfer, covering VietQR, MoMo and Napas 247, appears when the delivery address is in Vietnam. On a bank transfer, put your order number in the transfer reference and send a photograph of the receipt to WhatsApp so the payment is matched to the order straight away.
