Payment methods at Peptara Labs come down to four routes. Card with Visa, Mastercard or Amex, cryptocurrency as USDT, USDC or BTC, and Wise as a transfer in USD are available wherever we ship. A Vietnam bank QR transfer covering VietQR, MoMo and Napas 247 appears when the delivery address is in Vietnam. Scan either QR code shown at checkout. Both transfer to the same account, so use whichever app you already have. Put your order number in the transfer reference, then send a photograph of the receipt to WhatsApp and the payment is matched to your order straight away.

USDT and USDC on Ethereum mainnet as ERC-20, or on Base, and BTC. The wallet address and the network confirmation come back to you by email or WhatsApp rather than being posted on a page.

Can you pay in person in Vietnam?
In many cases, yes.
Local orders can arrange an in-person handoff and settle on collection, so a first-time buyer can see what they are getting before any money changes hands. It is not offered everywhere, so message the team on WhatsApp to check whether in-person pickup is available for you.

What happens after you pay?
- Order confirmation. It arrives as soon as payment is confirmed, carrying your order number.
- Tracking on WhatsApp. A tracking number follows once the order ships, with delivery updates on the same thread.
- Batch certificate. The certificate of analysis for the vials that shipped is published where that batch has been released, and the released certificates are published in full on the certificates page.

Can you split a card payment over time?
Buyers in the United States can split the cost over four monthly payments with Klarna or Affirm. It is offered on the card route only.
Is there a payment plan?
For a single order, no: the order is paid in full on whichever rail you choose. The VIP Year, 72 vials bought in bulk and delivered on the rhythm you pick, can be billed over time instead, either quarterly by card or financed. The terms are on the VIP Year page.

How do you confirm a Vietnam bank transfer?
Include your order number as the transfer reference, then send a photograph of the receipt to the WhatsApp Business page. That is what matches the payment to the order, and it is the fastest route to confirmation.
